1. Our Guarantee At AGA MISTAR LIMITED, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are here to help.

2. Eligibility for Return (30-Day Window) Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accessories (Belts, Wallets, Bags): Must be returned without any scratches, scuffs, or signs of wear. Leather goods must not be creased.
  • Hats: Must be unworn and returned in their original shape without any marks on the sweatband.

3. Non-Returnable Items For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on pierced jewelry (such as earrings) unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

4. Return Process To complete your return, please contact our customer support team with your order number to initiate the process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

6. Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
